The Vision

"But Why?"

That is the question I often receive from invitees and sponsors when I try to explain the concept of Project Wander. Naturally, it throws up red flags. People assume it's either a scam, or dismiss it as a joke and give no further thought into it. In today's society, if something is done purely to benefit other people, its shady. Period.

But that is exactly why I believe this project is so important.

Project Wander is more than a road trip. It is a belief set in certain ideals and principles that the best traits of humanity are rapidly fading away. Genuine benevolence, True Hospitality, and a Love of fellow humans are traits that are rare and far between. Before anything else, the purpose of this project is a venture to bring those traits back. My own personal hope is to sift through society, find those special few who still hold these values dear, and give them a platform to connect.  

 

I firmly believe that a community of people, driven by dreams and desire to do good, can truly make a difference in our evanescent world.
