Eternity's Hope | Ethan Martinez

Shalom, friends :) Today, read Revelation 21:3-7. This is my absolute favorite passage in all scripture, because this is the Hope that we have in Jesus.

We are broken people. We all deal with sin. Pride. Anger. Lust. Envy. We have all been wronged in ways that have left deep scars on our souls. Some of us, even now, are going through inner turmoils and pain and brokenness, and I just want to remind you that God loves you, and I love you, and you don’t have to walk through it alone. Some of us are grappling with overwhelming anxiety, and to you, I just want to remind you that we serve a God who calms storms. He is wholly unbothered by the trials of this life, because he is in ultimate control.

And one day, when we have persevered to the end, we have an eternity of light waiting for us. No tears. No sin. No broken souls or broken hearts. Just Him, at the center. For all time. I pray that that encourages your hearts today :)
